It was Tuesday.

Six-year-old Jimmy had to go to school and so did Jill his 15-year-old sister.

"A feeling of heartache comes over me." Said Jimmy.

"Take it easy Jimmy. Things will be OK. Sooner or later you will go to school with a light heart." Jill tried to comfort her little brother.

II. The word "heartache" does not mean someone' heart aches physically. Instead it is very great sadness and emotional suffering. Do pay attention to it that heartache has nothing to do with heart attack or heart related diseases. In other words Jimmy felt upset about going to school rather than have a heart trouble in this case.

heartache（心痛）不是指某人身理上的心痛，而是指巨大的悲伤，表达的是情感上的心痛。请注意heartache与心脏病或与心脏相关的疾病是毫无关系的。换言之，在这一情景中，Jimmy想表达的是他对上学感到无比忧伤无比心累。

III. In addition "With a light heart' means you are happy and excited. Then what if you are in an opposite mood i.e. in a sad frustrated mood and use this phrase by slightly changing it? Someone may suppose "With a heavy light for the word light is opposite to the word heavy".
