Set the plate for each spot right in front of the chair.

把盘子摆在每个人椅子的正前方。

Then place the napkin to the left of the plate.

然后，把餐巾摆在盘子左侧。

You can fold it in half if it's big enough.

如果它比较大，可以把它对折。

Also on the left side you should place the fork which will be on the napkin.

也是在左侧，你把叉子摆上，摆在餐巾上。

The knife and spoon go on the right side of the plate.

刀和勺摆在盘子的右侧。

The knife is closest to the plate

刀离盘子最近，

and make sure that the sharp side is facing inside (towards the plate).

刀刃那边要冲里（冲着盘子）。

The spoon will go to the right of the knife with the bottoms even with each other.

Water glasses go on the right side also

but they are placed right above the spoon and knife.

If there is a bowl

you'll place it right on top of the plate
