用英语学英语口语：“爷爷奶奶外公外婆”英语你会说吗？

“爷爷，外公”的英语就是grandfather or grandpa吗？

“奶奶，外婆”的英语就是Grandmother or grandma吗？

英语真的是“爷爷，外公”，“奶奶，外婆”不分吗？

爷爷就是your father's father

外公就是your mother's father

其实，用英语我们还可以这么表示(又可以同时练口语)：

1. Grandfather

Well when we say my father's father we can also say my grandfather on my father's side or my paternal grand father.(paternal = on my father's side，父亲这边的)

Well when we say my mother's father we can also say my grandfather on my mother's side or my maternal grand father.(maternal = on my mother's side，母亲这边的)

2. Grandmother

Well when we say my father's mother we can also say my grandmother on my father's side or my paternal grand mother.

Well when we say my mother's mother we can also say my grandmother on my mother's side or my paternal grand mother.
