记者：据报道，民进党当局领导人在10月10日发表所谓“讲话”，声称两岸“互不隶属”，台将持续扩充军力，展现防卫决心，全力阻止单方面改变现状行为。请问发言人有何评论？

谭克非：在纪念辛亥革命110周年大会上发表重要讲话，郑重宣示坚持一个中国原则和“九二共识”、坚决遏制“”分裂活动、捍卫国家主权和领土完整的坚强决心和坚定意志，揭示了祖国统一、民族复兴的历史大势，指明了两岸关系的前进方向。
