由Aedas设计的上海静安华发中心是一座甲级办公楼项目，由一座主塔楼及两侧辅翼裙楼共同构成。
Aedas-designed Shanghai Jing’an Huafa Centre is a Grade-A office development comprised of a main tower complemented by two podium wings.
主塔的形态体量轻重有次、比例恰当，玻璃幕墙立面配以精致简约的竖横线条，营造向上生长的动态。两翼裙楼简洁端庄，格局规整，比例对称，设计利用石材框架与铝材板块的配合与对比，展现出丰富立面质感。
The fully-glazed tower is simple with orthogonal lines to accentuate its form while the stone-framed podia has a rich contrasting texture to activate street frontage.
