臀中肌的MVIC(最高级:89%MVIC),臀大肌的MVIC(最高级:72%MVIC)

总结:

桥式训练中,双桥训练对臀大肌和臀中肌激活程度较小,在低级-中级水平,适用于早期训练。单桥训练对臀大肌和臀中肌激活程度在中级-高级水平,有趣的是在不稳定平面上进行单桥对臀大肌和臀中肌的激活程度反而没有在稳定平面上高,由于样本量较少,无法说明是否是什么原因。侧桥训练对臀中肌激活程度非常高,可以作为侧腹和臀中肌同时训练的选择。平板支撑对臀中肌激活程度在中级水平,几乎对臀大肌没有特别多的激活。对于针对性训练臀部没有太大意义。单侧平板支撑下屈膝髋伸展和侧板下髋外展对臀肌的激活程度最高,可作为高阶训练。
