复杂网络是将某个系统中的个体视为节点,个体之间的相关关系视为连边,进而研究网络系统的结构特征和动态变化规律。复杂网络作为真实世界抽象由于其灵活的建模优点广泛用于生物网、交通网、通信网、社会网、科学合作网等的建模。

Complex network is to regard the individuals in a system as nodes and the correlation between individuals as connected edges and then study the structural characteristics and dynamic changes of the network system. As a real-world abstraction complex networks are widely used in the modeling of biological networks transportation networks communication networks social networks and scientific cooperation networks due to their flexible modeling advantages.

无权网络是仅由节点和边相互作用而形成的二元网络,只能定性给出节点之间的相互作用,但现实中的许多网络都是加权网络,例如城市交通网络,主干道路在交通网络里的重要性要大于一般的三四级公路,这种差异只有加权网络才能定量描述。

The unweighted network is a binary network formed only by the interaction of nodes and edges which can only qualitatively give the interaction between nodes but many networks in reality are weighted networks such as urban transportation networks and the importance of trunk roads in the transportation network is greater than that of general third- and fourth-level highways and this difference can only be quantitatively described by weighted networks.

加权无向图是一种为每条边关联一个权重值或是成本的图模型。这种图能够自然地表示许多应用。

A weighted undirected graph is a graph model that associates a weight value or cost to each edge. Such graphs can naturally represent many applications.

复杂网络具有网络平均路径长度较小、聚类系数较大、节点度分度服从幂律分布等相同特性。

Complex networks have the same characteristics as small average path length large clustering coefficient and power-law distribution of node-degree divisions.
