How to make offers in English? 在用英语提供帮助时，既可以向他人提供物品，也可以帮助他人做某事。向他人提供物品时，可以用到的句型是：Would you like…?
- Would you like something to drink?
- Would you like some coffee?
- Would you like another cake?
再正式一点儿的句型可以用：Can / May I help…? Can / May I offer / bring you…?
- May I bring you some coffee?
- May I offer you something to drink?
- May I help you with this?
- Would you like me to type your letters for you?
- Would you like me to make some coffee for you?
也可以用比较口语化的表达：
- Can I do something for you?
- Can I help you?
- Do you need any help?
Accepting the offer接受帮助时的回应：
- That would be very kind of you.
- Yes please. I’d like to.
- Yes please. That would be nice / lovely.
- Thank you. That would be great.
- No thank you anyway / all the time.
- No thanks.
- It’s OK. I can do it myself.
