flunk这一词其实可以很完美地表达中文中的“挂”科这一概念。

E.g. My English teacher flunked me. 我英语老师让我挂科了！

3）It's a complete flop!

flop: sth. is not successful（口语）

flop还可以做动词，有点表达玩砸了的意味：

He flopped his home debut!

他把他的主场首秀都玩砸了！

我觉得很普通！

1）I think its banal.

banal: so ordinary and not effective or interesting

2）It's pretty mediocre./It's was a mediocre performance.

mediocre: of average quality

3）It's less than perfect.

4）The flow is too plain too ordinary.

plain:simple without any decoration

那啥，你那个韵律太普通了。

我其实觉得OK。

除了ok之外，还能怎么说？

1）I think its acceptable.

2）I think his flow is passable. You are quate strict about their performance.
