可数名词，顾名思义，就是“可以数得出数的”，比如苹果，书本，人等等，可以用one two three four......这些量化词量化出来的， 所以在表示很多苹果，很多书本，很多人的时候，我们会用many/ a lot of表示。
不可数名词，顾名思义，就是“数不出来，无法具量化的”，比如食物，钱，水等等 这个字眼是量化不了，除非说一盘食物 a plate of food，一块钱 one dollar，一杯水 a glass of water。所以在表示很多食物，很多钱，很多水时，会用much/ a lot of表示。
