Artem Babayants最新完工的项目，39㎡的小宅，业主希望她的家是舒适实用。以现代简约风格为基调，在造型设计上摒弃繁杂的装饰元素，取而代之的是简约明朗的线条。

平面布局

面积虽小，但户型方正，经过设计师的合理布局，以白色为主调，自然光、灯光的巧妙运用，家具的摆放以及收纳功能，整个空间给人一种清新美观的情调。

一个带厨房的公共区域，一个代替餐桌的吧台，一个柔软的区域通过玻璃隔板与卧室隔开。吧台顶部穿过玻璃，继续进入卧室。由于玻璃，两个房间都变得更轻、更宽敞。

浅色墙壁；在地板和橱柜家具中采用橡木，自然、平静的色调。设计师参考日本的简约设计风格，在木色衬托中显得时尚优雅。

白色和木色搭配简约温馨，构造出这样一个轻松、舒适的卧室。大面积窗户不但有利于室外光线的射入，更能凸显出室内的开阔感。虽然整体面积小，但是玄关的空间很宽敞，在灯光的渲染下更加简洁大气。

The combination of white and wood color is simple and warm to construct such a relaxed and comfortable bedroom. Large-area windows not only facilitate the entry of outdoor light but also highlight the openness of the interior. Although the overall area is small the space of the entrance is very spacious and it is more concise and atmospheric under the rendering of lighting.

卫生间也是同样融入简约舒适的设计手法，强调品味的同时，也着力打造空间的实用性。

The bathroom also incorporates simple and comfortable design techniques emphasizing the taste but also strives to create the practicality of the space.
