PterygopalatineFossa 翼腭窝


The pterygopalatine fossa is a pyramidal space situated deeplybelow the apex of the orbit between thepterygoid process of sphenoid behind and the perpendicular plate of palatine in front. More laterally theback of maxilla replaces thepalatine bone as the anterior boundary of the entrance of the fossa—thepterygomaxillary fissure.翼腭窝是位于眶尖下方深部的一个锥体空间,位于后方的蝶骨翼突和前方的腭垂直板之间。靠外侧,上颌骨的背面取代腭骨成为翼腭裂(即翼腭窝的入口)的前界。

Anterior wall前壁:

Perpendicular plate of the palatine and posterior surface of themaxilla (superomedial part).腭垂直板和上颌骨后表面(上内侧部分)。

Upper part of the perpendicular plate of palatine orbital andsphenoidal process of the palatine.腭眶垂直板的上部和腭骨蝶突。
Communications With the nose through sphenopalatine foramen.通过蝶腭孔与鼻腔相通。

Lateral外:

The fossa opens into the infratemporal fossa throughpterygomaxillary fissure.颅窝通过翼颌裂进入颞下窝。
Communications With the infratemporal fossa through pterygomaxillary fissure.通过翼上颌裂与颞下窝相通。

Superior wall上壁:

Under surface of the body of the sphenoid and orbital process ofthe palatine. The lateral part of the roof is open and here fossa opens intothe orbit through inferior orbital fissure.蝶骨体下表面和腭骨眶突。顶的外侧部分是开放的,翼腭窝通过眶下裂进入眼眶。

Inferior下:

Pyramidal process of the palatine bone in the angle between themaxilla and the pterygoid process.上颌骨与翼突之间夹角内的腭骨锥突。
Communications With the oral cavity through greater and lesser palatine canals.通过腭大管和腭小管与口腔相通。
