Furthermore the vast changes in the world encourage young people to expand their horizons.By switching jobs once in a while young people can better adapt to the everchanging society.

On the outside it appears that young people have nothing to lose from switching jobs and careers since they have plenty of time and energy. However that is not quite the full picture. In majority of the cases people can only carry a limited amount of their previous experiences to a new workplace. For example if a person decides to stick to one career or job long enough he or she will definitely out-compete the younger competitors through experience. However if another person constantly switch positions during his or her twenties while failing to accumulate sufficient experience in one field that individual will be unable to compete with the graduates since they have much more energy while demanding much lower wages. Essentially switching jobs too frequently will provide disastrous result for the future career of these individuals.
All in all switching jobs can make youths have more interesting lives while become better at adapting the world. In some circumstances it may even be a stepping stone for a better future. However in the long run too many changes in career will reduce the overall competiveness of the person and will absolutely prove to be a moral catastrophe for the individual. In this sense the advantages of switching jobs cannot outweigh the disadvantages. Although people do not have the benefit of hindsight in making life choices in respond to the changes of the world we needs to find a career that we can enjoy and stick to it regardless of how other people perform on their posts. This way we can become truly fulfilled.
