1.想表示某某主题目前热议不断/是热门话题，我们一般会怎么说？

或者The debate over sth continue to rage on？
经济学人一篇关于无人机越来越多地应用于医疗当中的文章：Drone deliveries are advancing in health care中就有这样一个新颖的表达：
The current buzz in America is down to a pilot programme by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) which hopes this will help it develop a regulatory framework
目前在美国引起热议的是联邦航空管理局(FAA)的一个试点项目，该机构希望这将有助于其制定一个监管框架。
从中我们可以提取一个句型：The current buzz (in someplace) is down to xxx. buzz作名词表示唧唧喳喳的谈话声，也就是热议，比如我们常说的"流行词"就是buzzword. 词组be down to 表示归因于....，在于....，所以这句话就表示"目前引起热议的就是......"
比如垃圾分类就属于一个年度的热点话题，我们可以套用句型：The current buzz in China is down to trash sorting which was piloted in Shanghai this July.
再比如说这个网络霸凌问题越来越严重，引得人们讨论与反思，我们也可以套用着说：The current buzz is down to cyber-bullying as social networks give people unprecedented access to the personal lives of almost everyone.
2.如果写作的主题是老生常谈，但屡屡出现，从而引人关注或者担忧，我们可以怎么说呢？
经济学人6月一篇关于中国地方政府债务问题的文章（As growth slows the spectre of local-government debt looms once more），值得我们借鉴：
Concerns about local balance-sheets in China have recurred over the past decade. Recently they have come into sharp focus again.
在过去的十年中，对中国地方资产负债表的担忧屡屡出现。最近，它们再次成为人们关注的焦点。
我们从中提取句型：Concerns about xxx have recurred over ＋一段时间. Recently they have come into sharp focus again. 单词 recur 表示反复出现，重现。看一个例句加深印象：This theme recurs several times throughout the book. 这一主题在整部书里出现了好几次。所以这个句型就理解为：在过去多长时间里，某某问题总是反复引人关注/担忧，最近它再次成为焦点/关注重点。
比如这个交通拥堵问题，虽然是老生常谈，但仍然让人头疼，我们就可以说：Concerns about traffic congestion in China have recurred over the past decade. Recently it has come into sharp focus again.
又或者说这个雾霾天气，虽然蓝天保卫战一直在打，雾霾仍然是一个劲敌：Concerns about smog that envelopes many cities in China have recurred over the past decade. Recently it has come into sharp focus again.

3. 如果一个现象是一个新鲜事物，以前不常见，现在很常见/很流行，想突出这样一个今昔对比时，我们又可以怎么表示捏？
在经济学人More Chinese are home schooling their kids一文中，作者提到，如今许多的父母选择在家教育自己的孩子，这个现象以前可能不被理解，但现在却越来越普遍，原文是这么表述的：
In the West home schooling once regarded as eccentric has become more popular in recent decades.
在西方，一度被视为反常在家教育模式，近几十年来缺越来越普遍。
从中我们得出句型：xxx once regarded as eccentric has become more popular in recent decades/years. eccentric表示古怪的，不合乎常理的。咱们也可以根据具体的主题换成其他的形容词也可。popular如果你觉得太普通，也可以换成名词形势gain popularity 或者词组catch on；be in vogue等等，都可以表示某事现在风行一时。
比如对于整容现象，曾经许多人还持保留意见，但现在整容越来越普遍，人们对其接受度也大大提高。我们就可以说：
Face lifting once regarded as eccentric has been in vogue in recent years.
再比如抑郁症，近年来患抑郁症的人数日益攀升，提醒着我们要注意心理健康问题，所以如果考题是和心理健康有关，我们也能套用句型：

It Is a truism of American politics that the interests of the less educated like high-school graduates need better protection.
美教育程度较低的人的利益，比如高中毕业生，需要更好的保护 这是美国政治中的一条常识。
truism 意为 "不言而喻的道理;自明之理;老生常谈" 因此句型 It is a truism that ....，就等于我们说的As everybody knows 可以理解为众所周知....
比如上半年六级英语写作中，有个关于"团队协作和沟通在工作中的重要性"的主题
我们就可以套用该句型说：It is a truism that team spirit and communication make for success.
另外一篇讲"人际交往中相互理解和尊重的重要性"，我们也能在开头来一句：

当说完了现象，我们一般会来谈谈原因---到底是什么造成了这样的现象？这里小编给大家推荐几个精简的句型，供大家在写作时参考参考：

这段文字选自Why Germany's birth rate is rising and Italy's isn't一文，讲的是德国生育率再不断下降后缓缓增长的现状。这段文字便解释了生育率增长的第一个原因：
What has happened? It is partly a statistical quirk. The fertility rate is influenced by the timing of childbirth.发生了什么?这在一定程度上是统计数据的异常。生育率受生育时间的影响。
从中我们可以提取句型：What has happened? It is partly... 自问自答的设问形式会使文章更显生动。partly表示一定程度上;部分地，用以说明部分原因。我们也常说 It is partly because of/due to ＋ 词组 或者It is partly because ＋句子。
生育率下降，造成人口老龄化更加突出，2019年，韩国生育率跌至0.88，刷新全球记录，而中国也保受低生育率困扰。建议备考的同学多多关注这一社会问题，这是一直以来的热门考题。
2. 列举二项原因：
A is the biggest factor followed by B.
比如在Miserable millennials：A bleak view of the future一文中，谈到了年轻人屡屡跳槽的原因，它是这么说的：
年轻人跳槽主要有两个原因：
Dissatisfaction with pay is the biggest factor followed by a lack of opportunities to advance.
最主要的原因是对薪酬的不满，其次是缺乏晋升机会。
这个句型还是很容易记住的吧~factor表示原因，同样表达原因的单词还有reason drive driver force contributor explanation等等，可以替换进来。followed by （紧随其后;其次是）衔接两个原因，巧妙地避开了First second，或者next这样烂大街的说法。
跳槽 (job hopping)一直是写作的一个热门话题，所以咱们可以把这句话记下来，如果碰到job hopping的主题作文，就可直接套用啦。
3.列举多项原因：
The blame for xxx is pinned on many things including A B C and D.
随着人们生活方式的改变，肥胖问题日益突出，过度肥胖同样会影响人的身体健康，所以肥胖问题不失为一个热点，经济学人Obesity：The dark side of light一文中总结肥胖原因时用到这个句型：
The blame for rising obesity rates has been pinned on many things including a more calorific diet the rise of processed food a lack of exercise and modern man's generally more stressful lot.导致肥胖率上升的原因有很多，包括A.高热量饮食、B.加工食品增多、C.缺乏锻炼 以及D.现代人压力增大。
blame我们知道，表示责任;责备，通常是指坏事或错事，所以我们可以得出这个句型一定是用于某个表述不好事物的原因，词组be pinned on相当于due to 表示"归因于或者归咎于"，一般也有点贬义色彩。如果这里我们这里是要讲述好的事物的原因，就可以换换单词，把句子改成The reason for xxx is attributable to many things including A B C and D就可以~
这里我们借用"年轻人爱跳槽"的例子来套用以上的三个表达原因的句式试一试：
Job-hopping among young people is increasingly frequent as 30% of college graduates quit within half a year and over 60% leave their jobs within two years.
1.What has happened? It is partly due to dissatisfaction with pay;
2.Dissatisfaction with pay is the biggest factor followed by a lack of opportunities to advance.
3.The blame for frequent job hopping is pinned on many things including dissatisfaction with pay a lack of opportunities to advance unpleasant working environment and unreasonable working hours.
· 开头怎么写？
①表示某新事目前热议不断/是热门话题时：The current buzz is down to xxx
②表示一个老生常谈的问题，屡屡出现，从而引人关注或者担忧时：Concerns about xxx have recurred over ＋一段时间. Recently they have come into sharp focus again.
③表示一个某样事物相比以前更加普遍，做今昔对比时：xxx once regarded as eccentric has become more popular/gain popularity/catch on/be in vogue in recent decades/years
④表示"众所周知...."时：It is a truism that xxx

①举出一个原因时：What has happened? It is partly...
②列举两个原因时： A is the biggest factor followed by B.
