Kanstantsin REMEZ's new book 90㎡ in area gives a warm and comfortable feeling. The apartment is divided into the following functional areas: Lobby with walk in cloakroom guest bathroom kitchen with living room balcony with small dining area and master bedroom with suite.

The Large Cornice emphasizes the high ceiling while the Cornice has a simple geometric pattern corresponding to the rest of the interior. The Cornice has an aesthetic function: it hides doors windows and doors turning openings into entrances. The best example is the doorway to the enclosed balcony. With the Cornice the balcony feels like part of a unified space rather than a separate area.

The kitchen includes a kitchen island a cooking area with a large sink and wooden paneling that conceals the cabinets and all kitchen utensils.

Introvert Residence

Kanstantsin Remez老家的房子，面积2500㎡，老房子已经过时了，原先设计师不重建现有的结构，而是重新开始。但在寻找概念时，还是决定使用现有房屋的轮廓。为了进入起居区，人们需要用绿色植物代替房间布置原有的房屋轮廓。

The old house in Kanstantsin Remez with an area of 2 500㎡ was out of date and the original designers did not rebuild the existing structure but started over. But in the search for a concept it was decided to use the outline of the existing house. In order to enter the living area people need to use Chloroplastida instead of rooms to lay out the original outline of the house.

主要起居区有两个对称的入口，以便进入住宅，无论是乘车到达还是步行回来，墙壁和树木后面隐藏着一个停车位。

The main living area has two symmetrical entrances to enter the house either by car or on foot with a parking space hidden behind walls and trees.

生活区有传统的v形屋顶，白俄罗斯典型的房子。房子包括以下区域: 休息室，客房浴室，技术室，带饭厅的厨房，带书房的起居室，带套间和步入式衣帽间的主卧室。

The living area has a traditional v-shaped roof typical of houses in Belarus. The house includes the following areas: lounge guest bathroom technical room kitchen with dining room living room with study master bedroom with suite and walk in closet.

除了主要的起居室外，还有一间客卧室，带有独立的浴室和小厨房。居住区后面就是游泳池，可以从卧室通过全景窗口到那里。绿树和客人卧室使游泳池从邻居的眼中隐藏起来，游泳池后面隐藏着一个小型休息区，它被绿色的植物所环绕，从游泳池或客人卧室看不到。

In addition to the main living room there is a two-bedroom with separate bathroom and kitchenette. Behind the living area is a swimming pool accessible from the bedroom through a panoramic window. Trees and guest bedrooms hide the pool from the eyes of neighbors and behind the pool hides a small sitting area surrounded by greenery that is invisible from the pool or guest bedroom.

主要材料是天然石材和木材，包括Douglas Fir镶嵌木地板和墙壁上的橡木贴面。石材营造出一种宁静，动感的乡村房屋氛围。厨房/餐厅的面积包括两个用石材做饭的岛台和一个橡木桌。

The main materials are natural stone and wood including Douglas Fir Parquet floors and oak veneer on the walls. The stone creates a quiet dynamic atmosphere of the country house. The kitchendining area consists of two stone island tables and an Oak table.

The living room is a separate room that also functions as a reading area allowing people to concentrate on their reading.

卧室设有一个睡眠区和双人淋浴区的套间，淋浴间的天花板有一个天窗，大量的自然光进入室内。

The bedroom has a sleeping area and a suite with a double shower. The shower has a skylight on the ceiling allowing plenty of natural light into the room.
