吃货们的宝典——《米其林指南（The Michelin Guide）》终于进军中国内地啦！上周，《2017上海米其林指南》正式发布，没错，就是这本长得很像单词书的红宝书↓↓
一时间，吃货们两眼放光，奔走相告。要知道，上海的这本指南可是全球发行的第29本！
而那些不食人间烟火的人就翻了翻白眼：不就是本指南吗？有什么特别的？

《米其林指南》即法国米其林公司所出版的一系列旅行指南，其已有100多年历史。这个词一般指每年出版的《米其林红色指南》，它是欧洲历史最悠久的旅馆及餐厅指南。它为少数经过精心挑选的餐厅授予星级。对餐馆来说，获得或者损失一颗星都会对其成功产生巨大影响。
1931年，米其林公司推出了具有历史意义的“米其林三星分级评选”，沿用至今。不同的星星到底代表什么含义呢？
一般来说，一颗星的餐厅是同类别中很不错的餐厅（a very good restaurant in its category）；二颗星代表该餐厅有出色的菜肴，值得绕道前往（excellent cooking worth a detour）；三颗星则代表了出类拔萃的菜肴，值得专程前往（exceptional cuisine worth a special journey）。

《南华早报》所使用的dish out一词真是让双语君喜欢得欲罢不能，因为dish out除了有“分发（distribute）”的意思，还有“分菜”的含义，用在这里简直机智巧妙有木有！
那么，有幸获评米其林三星的是哪家“上海”餐厅呢？
The honor of being the only three-star restaurant in the city was awarded to T'ang Court a Cantonese restaurant at Shanghai’s Langham Hotel. This three-star effort equals that of its sister restaurant in Hong Kong which has been a regular in the Hong Kong Michelin guide. (Forbes)
唯一获米其林三星殊荣的餐厅是位于上海朗廷酒店内的唐阁，一家粤菜馆。唐阁在香港的姐妹店同样是米其林三星，并屡次出现在香港的米其林指南上。
What？居然是一家粤菜馆？
话说这家粤菜馆的大堂内仅设置6张餐桌！（看来吃货们有得排队等候了）《南华早报》就说：Cantonese restaurant with just six tables wins coveted three Michelin stars. 仅有六张餐桌的粤菜馆获得了令人垂涎的米其林三星。
快来我碗里...
准备买票去上海了，谁也别拦我....
除了这家一星餐馆以外，米其林还评出了7家二星餐馆和18家一星餐馆。其中，喜粤8号（Canton 8）成为了全球最便宜的米其林二星餐馆（the world's cheapest restaurant with two stars）。当然，这也是一家粤菜馆……
默默地流了一地的口水...
对于《2017上海米其林指南》的发布，米其林指南国际总监Michael Ellis就说：
The richness and quality of Shanghai's culinary scene completely won us over. The city is an economic and cultural crossroads and its gastronomy is the result of a strong culinary heritage which makes the dining scene very exciting. (Forbes)
上海餐饮数量之丰富、质量之高征服了我们。上海是经济和文化要塞，丰富的烹饪遗产造就了上海的美食，使得上海的餐饮领域格外激动人心。
《福布斯》则评价说：
Unlike in Hong Kong and Singapore where street food vendors have managed to wangle their way into the esteemed Michelin constellation Shanghai's list of starred restaurants were a uniformly higher-end contingent.
与香港、新加坡的街头小食店也能设法进入备受尊崇的米其林指南不同，上海所入围的星级餐厅都在较高端的水平。
不过，《上海米其林指南》的发布引来了不同的反应（met with mixed reaction），吐槽的声音（voices of discontent）更是不少。首先，说是“上海”米其林指南，里面的粤菜可比沪菜要多得多……上海人因此觉得→→不行！这不够上海（do not cater to the taste of Shanghainese）！来看看VICE是怎么说的：
In Shanghai there's been some pushback from local chefs and gourmands with complaints that the guide features more Cantonese restaurants than restaurants serving Shanghainese food.
上海本地的一些厨师和美食家对米其林指南偏向于粤菜馆而非沪菜馆抱怨有加。
其次，不少上海人觉得，我们可是国际大都市，指南里的西餐馆也太少了吧？？
Indeed many commented that the lack of Western restaurants on the list constituted an oversight as Shanghai's food and beverage scene prides itself on its international scope. (Global Times)
有很多人评价说，名单上没有西餐馆这确实显得有些疏忽了，毕竟上海对其国际化的餐饮市场倍感骄傲。
那为什么会这样呢？有人觉得这是因为米其林的评测员很多是海外和港澳来的，比较难以捕捉到当地美食的精髓（difficult to capture the essence of local delicacies）。因此，可能显现出偏好和选择上的过时（outmoded choices）。
除此之外，引起一片哗然的原因还有→→就在指南发布的第二天，刚获评一星的泰安门就因涉嫌无照经营暂停营业了！！这事引起了不少国际主流媒体的关注：

△BBC：上海餐厅获评米其林星级后次日暂停营业
不过，对于你们营不营业，双语君倒是不care，因为双语君人在北京，既吃不到，也吃不起。
