You sit
你坐好,
so that your head will be on the lower end when you are lying down.
使得躺下的时候,头在低的那头。
Place your legs
腿放好,
so that your knees are right on top of the upper bar
让膝盖刚好在上面的杆上,
and place your feet behind the lower bar.
然后把脚放在下面的杆后面。
Since your legs are too short
你的腿太短了,
I can hold your legs.
我可以扶着你的腿。
Now place your hands behind your head
现在把手放到头后面,
and sit up!
做仰卧起坐吧!
