二、熟悉企业、项目本身
想要写好企业战略,而不是口水话就需要先了解自己这个项目是干什么的,是做什么方面的,它的运营模式是怎样的,要知其所以然,才能规划,这个项目是服务业吗?是电商吗?是以什么为项目的核心竞争力,现在目前的瓶颈是什么,需要在未来做什么,项目是靠核心技术吗?核心技术未来向什么方向发展,是运营模式吗?运营模式在未来如何去改进,当把这几点解释清楚,那么企业战略的板块就八九不离十了,还是靠从某个角度,企业战略是贯穿整个策划书的,它是连接项目现有和项目未来。

二、关注相关政策的发展
企业战略中比较重要的一点就是根据现有条件去推测未来,企业平台自身的路要走好,但也要看看外部环境的适应性,根据相关政策的改变及时去调整项目的方向来。企业战略一般分为“三步”走,会把企业战略分为前期、中期、后期三个阶段,这样战略可以分阶段地描述和改变,但不同的企业、项目划分战略的方式也不同,有些企业是根据时间分,几年为一个阶段、有些项目则是需要看项目是否取得了成果,取得一定的成果就宣布进入下一个阶段,对于划分的方法需要根据项目的特性,看哪一种划分更加合适。
