你需要做的最重要的决定是什么？
这里的the most important的搭配是the most adj. 也是大家最熟悉的搭配！
the most除了可以用作形容词表示最高级外，还可以作名词，表示最多/强/重要/有价值的事：
- A second chance is the most we can hope for now. 我们现在最多只能希望有第二次机会。
- You'll need to make wise investments if you want get the most out of your money. 想让你这笔钱获得最高收益，就需要做出明智的投资决定。
- Is that the most you can do? 你只能做这么多了吗？

What's the place you most want to go?
你最想去的地方是哪里？
如果把most放在句尾，这句话还可以说成：
- Where do you want to go the most?
这里的most是用于修饰want 也就是副词！

同样，如果把most放在句尾，这句话可以说成：

Adam表示自己not a big reader：不是非常爱读书，于是Jenny评价说：

你生活中最需要简化的事是什么？
- simplify sth. = make sth. simple
- simplify streamline 简化流程
- streamline [ˈstriːmlaɪn] 流程
这里streamline指工作，生产的环境中的流程。

What's the habit you'd most like to cultivate?
你最想培养的习惯是什么？
这句话相当于
- What's the habit you most want to cultivate?
但这里用would like替换了want 因为would like总是比want要更礼貌一点！
- cultivate [ˈkʌltɪveɪt] 培养，建立
如果不想用cultivate a habit这样稍微隆重的说法，也可以说：
- start/build a new habit.

What's the habit you most need to kick?
你最需要改变的习惯是什么？
这里用kick而不是change来表示改变，是因为：
- kick指彻底地改变
- change相当于reduce 减少频次 be less bad!
关于可以改变的习惯，Jenny和Adam提到了：
- quit smoking: 戒烟
- cut back on sweets 少吃甜食
- cut down on screen time 少用手机

如果把疑问词从where改成what:
