美国人说到度假，不太用holiday 而更常用vacation

这个词的用法也很多：

a. 名词：

“祖国”英语怎么说？

英语形容“祖国”，最常用的有这两个词：

Motherland: 祖国，有更浓烈的感情色彩

Homeland: 祖国 国土，比较中性。

也会用于专有名词，比如美国国土安全部叫

祖国一般不用“country”：
