The goal of Uno is to be the first person to get rid of all the cards in your hand.

优诺的胜负是看谁先把手里的牌都出完。

First we are all dealt 7 cards.

一开始每个人发7张牌。

Then everyone will take a turn playing a card from their hand

然后，每个人轮流出一张手里的牌，

and the following player must match that card either by number color or action.

后面一个人要按这张牌的数字、颜色或者功能出下一张牌。

For example if the card is a Green 7

比如，如果这张牌是绿7，

you must play a green card

你必须出一张绿色牌，

or any color 7

或者任何颜色的7，

or a Wild card which can change the color.

或者一张能变色的万能牌。

Aside from Wild cards we have some other action cards including:

除了万能牌，我们还有一些其他功能牌，包括：

the Draw 2 card which makes the next person draw 2 cards and lose their turn

2牌能让下一个人抓两张牌，而且跳过这一轮，

the Reverse card which reverses direction of play

转向牌能改变轮流出牌的方向，

the Skip card which means the next person skips their own turn.

跳过牌能让下一个人跳过这一轮。

A variation of the Wild card is the Wild Draw 4 card

还有一种万能牌的变形是万能 4牌，

which can not only change color

它不仅能变色，

but can also make the next person draw 4 cards and lose their turn.

还能让下一个人抓4张牌并跳过这一轮。

If you don't have anything that matches

如果你没有任何能匹配的牌，

you must draw a card.

你必须抓一张牌。

If you draw a card you can play play it.

如果你抓到一张能出的牌就出了。

Otherwise the play moves to the next person.

否则的话，跳过你到下一个人。

Keep playing

一直这样玩下去，

and remember to say "Uno" when you have just one card in your hand.

记住手里只有一张牌的时候要说Uno！

Then try your best to get rid of the last card.

然后尽可能把最后一张牌打出去。
