Sit on the seat

坐在座子上，

and put your hands on the handles.

手扶着车把。

Start moving by walking your feet while sitting on the bike.

一边坐在车上，一边脚往前走，就能动起来了。

Then push a little harder with your feet and legs

然后，脚和腿蹬的劲儿再大一些，

so that you make the bike go for some distance and pick up speed.

这样你的车就能走一段距离，速度就能起来了。

While you are not pushing you put your feet on the foot rest.
