1）专有名词是个别的人、地、物、团体、机构等的专用名称。

专有名词中实词的第一个字母要大写。如：

专有名词如果是含有普通名词的短语 则须使用定冠词the。如：

the Great Wall

姓氏名如果用复数形式 表示该姓氏一家人(复数含义) 如：

2）普通名词是许多人或事物的共有名称。如：

pupil family man foot tree smarphone computer等

普通名词又分为可数名词和不可数名词。

▲可数名词是可以用简单的数词进行计数的名词 如：

box child orange，book bike等

2、英语可数名词的单复数：英语可数名词有单数和复数两种形式。

1）名词由单数变复数的基本方法如下：

当名词为：	词尾变化	读 音	例 词
一般情况	加s	在清辅音后读/s/	chips jeeps pats clocks
		在浊辅音或元音后读/z/	boys sharpeners sofas drawers
以s x ch sh结尾的单词	加es	/iz/	watches boxes classes brushes
以字母o结尾的单词	加s或es	/z/	zoos photos bamboos tomatoes potatoes heroes
以辅音字母 y结尾的单词	去y 变i加es	/z/	dictionaries strawberries
以f 或fe结尾的单词	去f或fe 变v 加 es	/vz/	leaves wives halves
以th结尾的词	加s	/ðz/; /θz/	mouths paths; months deaths

2）不规则变化：

man — men woman — women sheep — sheep tooth — teeth child — children ox — oxen goose — geese等
