番茄炒蛋英语怎么说？

Egg and tomato: 番茄炒蛋，如果要写出来是“炒”，可以这样说：

• Stir fried eggand tomato

• Scrambledeggand tomato

注意：Tomato发音美式英式大不同：

• 英式英语： /tə'mɑːtəʊ/

• 美式英语：/tə'meto/

番茄炒蛋可能是很多中国人一道学会的菜呀：

番茄炒蛋怎么做？

一百个中国人可能有一百种番茄炒蛋的做法。今天我们给大家的版本是歪果仁Adam版的。

Ingredients 原料：

• Egg: 鸡蛋

• Tomato: 番茄

• Green onion/spring onion/scallion: 葱

• Wok: 炒锅

• Pan: 平底锅

国外很多地方都用电磁炉：

• Don't use flame but use electric stove: 不用明火炉，用电磁炉

How to make it 怎么做：

• Beat the egg/whisk the egg: 打鸡蛋

• Cut the tomato into chunks: 把番茄切成块

Chunks: 是较大的块，如果是丁就用cubes

• Heat the pan with oil/Heat up the oil: 热锅、热油

• Put in somescallions: 放入小葱

• Stir fry the eggs: 炒鸡蛋

• Stir fry the tomato until the juice comes out: 要把番茄炒出汁
