Start filling in your name and other personal information as required
按照要求开始填写姓名等个人信息
Flight information: currently only connecting flights are available from the UK back home so add a transit country (only one is possible)

前一段填写英国到中转国的机票信息
In the latter paragraph fill in the information about the ticket from the transit country to China (city of entry) and other information.

Double check information: fill in the double check result (according to the report result as it is)

Both nucleic acid and IgM need to be negative (unless caused by vaccination) Select a double test time (needs to be within 2 days before UK departure time) then upload the nucleic acid and IgM test reports (additional N protein negative reports are required for IgM positivity due to vaccination) both need to be uploaded with full screenshots.

Proof of residence can be a BRP front and back photograph of an international student or a water electricity and gas bill or bank statement instead.

Select the vaccine you actually received (mainstream vaccines from the UK and China are available) and the rest of the information.

Once you have selected the answers to the closing questions click on submit and after submission there will be a page to check the information again.
选择好结尾几个问题的答案之后点击提交，提交后会有再次核对信息的页面，可以检查。
Add a new handheld passport personal information supplement and complete it as required.
新增的手持护照个人信息补充，按照要求完成即可。

1. Overseas vaccinations: you need to upload a photo of your vaccination card and a declaration of vaccination for the new crown (screenshots of the rest of the NHS/ SMS notifications proof of vaccination on the NHS website (APP) are all ready to be uploaded if possible)
