财政部等八部门日前发布公告称，自2022年3月1日起，优化调整跨境电子商务零售进口商品清单，增加滑雪用具、番茄汁、高尔夫球用具等29个商品税目。

China will further optimize the list of imported retail goods for cross-border e-commerce starting from March 1 2022 according to a statement jointly issued by the Ministry of Finance and seven other departments. The list will add a total of 29 product categories including ski equipment tomato juice and golf equipment.

【知识点】

2016年4月，财政部等有关部门制定了跨境电子商务零售进口税收政策，并发布了跨境电子商务零售进口商品清单，明确允许跨境电子商务零售进口商品范围及相应监管要求。跨境电子商务零售进口商品清单采取“正面清单”管理方式，自2016年发布以来，清单经过多次调整，商品税目数量不断增加、类别更加丰富。

此次调整将在跨境电子商务零售进口商品清单（2019年版）基础上进一步优化：增加了滑雪用具、家用洗碟机、番茄汁等29项近年来消费需求旺盛的商品，删除了刀剑1个商品税目。同时，根据近年我国税则税目变化情况调整了部分商品的税则号列，根据监管要求调整优化了部分清单商品备注。经过此次优化调整，清单商品数将达1476个。优化跨境电商零售进口商品清单，有利于促进跨境电子商务业态发展，推动贸易高质量发展，丰富国内市场供给，更好满足人民美好生活需要，同世界共享市场机遇。
