Since April 16 all stations of Zhengzhou metro lines in operation have resumed the sales of one-way tickets and the running interval between two trains for Line 5 has been further reduced during peaking hours on weekdays.
随着疫情防控形势向好和复工复学有序推进，郑州地铁客流持续回升。自4月16日起，郑州地铁全线网已开通车站将恢复发售单程票，5号线将进一步缩短工作日高峰期间行车间隔。

Zhengzhou Metro has posted the QR code of "Health Registration Management System for Residential Areas in the City" at entrances/exits of each station and security checkpoints for passengers' convenience to scan the code for health declaration and only passengers with a "green code" are allowed to enter the station and take a train. When entering the station passengers must provide one of the following: "Zhengzhou Real-name Riding Code" "Henan Health Code" and "National Epidemic Prevention Information Code".
郑州地铁在车站出入口、安检口等区域张贴“全市居民小区健康登记管理系统”二维码，方便大家进站乘车时扫码申报，凭借“绿码”进站乘车。进站时“郑州市实名制乘车码”“河南健康码”“全国防疫信息码”提供任意一种即可。
