1. 橄榄油
2. 500克羊肉馅
3. 紫皮洋葱、芹菜、蒜、胡萝卜,擦碎或者切成细丁
4. 两罐番茄泥,或者番茄酱
5. 鸡汤、红酒和Worcestershire Sauce(可选)
6. 土豆和西兰花
7. 面包渣
8. 无盐黄油和车打奶酪
      7. 盐水煮土豆,煮到用叉子可以轻松插透就好了,用盐和胡椒调味,每一人份加一个蛋黄、加一些黄油和擦碎的奶酪,把西兰花也煮熟,用你家最顺手的东西把土豆捣碎。真没必要特意去买一个捣土豆泥的工具 8. 派盘里边抹油,撒上一层面包渣 9. 你可以在派盘底下和边上也放土豆泥,但是我这次就放在上边了,比较省事 10. 把土豆泥分成两份,一半留着,一半和西兰花搅拌,再捣碎,变成西兰花土豆泥  11. 羊肉馅放在派盘里,先铺上西兰花土豆泥,再放普通土豆泥 12. 最后再在土豆泥上擦一层奶酪,撒一些面包渣,再随便撒一些橄榄油 13. 预热200°C的烤箱,烤18 - 20分钟,烤到表面焦黄为止 14. 搭配着时蔬上菜  1. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2. About 500g Minced Lamb 3. Red onion  carrots  garlic  celery  grated or finely chopped. 4. One or two cans of Tomato Puree 5. Chicken broth  red wine and Worcestershire sauce (optional) 6. Potatos and Broccoli 7. Breadcrumbs 8. Unsalted Butter and Cheddar Cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Generous glush of olive oil in sauce pan  cook the lamb mince till the fat comes out and meat becomes brown and crispy. 2. Season well with salt & pepper 3. Add onion  carrots  garlic  cook till the vegetable gone soft and pasty 4. Then in with tomato puree  bit red wine and Worcestershire sauce. 5. Pack the filling with flavor by adding thyme  rosemary  anything that would complement lamb 6. Pour in chicken broth or just water  add some flour for a dense filling  simmer about 30 min and boil in down till a thick stew-like consistency. 7.
 Boil potatos in salty water  season with salt & pepper  add one 
eggyork for every serving  and of course block of butter and grated 
cheese too  boil broccoli till tender but with a bite  mash the potatos 
roughly  leave to cool. 8. Grease the pie dish  sprinkle breadcrumbs for a crunchy bite 9.
 You could start with pressing mash into the pie dish  walls and bottoms
 about 1cm thick  and then spoon in the fillings  but I'm all about the 
fillings  so I'm saving my mash only on top. 10. Seperate mash potatos to 2 parts  blend broccoli with half the mash. 11. Spoon the filling into the pie dish  cover it with broccoli mash  then the plain mash for an element of surprise. 12. Grate more cheese on top  scatter breadcrumbs and drizzzzle with olive oil. 13. Bake 18 - 20 min over 200C or till the mash on top is golden brown. 14. Serve with seasonal greens.(Yeah...right...) 这次配菜用了小菠菜 1. 土豆选面一点的 2. 高汤没有就不放了,羊肉的味道本来就比较重,不一定吃的出来 3. Tomato Puree没有的话,可以放番茄酱,但是千万不能是番茄沙司:P 4. 红酒的话,有就放一点,没有就算了,Worcestershire Sauce一样 5. 土豆泥里的蛋黄可以不放,但是黄油和奶酪一定放足,太少的话可能会烤不焦黄,土豆太干的话,可以少加一点点牛奶 6. 土豆放在派馅上面的时候可以一团团的放,然后再用叉子调整,直接到上去容易把馅挤出来,当然,你要是有时间的话,也可以放在裱花袋里挤上去,效果如下图。 7. 烤到最后内馅会开始在边上冒泡...it's ok...不可能像甜点那么干净整齐的 8. 奶酪首选车打吧,不过土豆泥里边的用一些Cream Cheese也一定很好吃 9. 西兰花怕煮过的话,可以捞出来过一遍冰水 用裱花嘴挤出来的土豆泥
