Foreword 前言
According to the requirements of Document JIANBIAOBIAOHAN [2018] No.164 issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China-"Letter of Standard Quota Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China on conducting the revision of Assessment standard for green building"，standard drafting group developed this standard through extensive investigation and study careful summarization of practical experience and refererce to relevant foreign standards and on the basis of widely soliciting for opinions.
根据住房和城乡建设部《住房城乡建设部标准定额司关于开展（绿色建筑评价标准〉修订工作的函》（建标标函 (2018）164号）的要求，标准编制组经广泛调查研究，认真总结实践经验，参考有关国外标准，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，编制了本标准。

2 调整了绿色建筑的评价时间节点；
3 Adding the grade of green building;
3 增加了绿色建筑等级；
4 Expanding the connotation of green building;
4 拓展了绿色建筑的内涵；
5 Improving the performance requirements of green building.
5 提高了绿色建筑性能要求。
