1.电弧传感器:通过自身直接获取焊缝位置得偏差信号,不用在焊枪上加装其余部件,所以灵活性能较为优异,适用于要求较低的自动化产品上。利用自身电参数的动静态变化作为特征信号,在策略控制下实现水平高低两个方向的追踪。一般针对于具有对称形状的坡口焊缝为主,对于定位焊点这种特殊状态下较难识别。
