花筑.辰光里客栈位于黄山市新安江边，距离风景秀丽，世界闻名的黄山风景区约70KM左右，驾车或班车约一个半小时可直达；黄山市人口密度不大，民风淳朴，生活休闲，客栈主要作为游客中转停歇处，客栈外便是美丽的新安江，夏夜，清风拂面，漫步于新安江畔，放下俗世纷扰，怡然自得。
Floral Inn Huangshan Chenguangli Inn is located at the side of Xin'an River in Huangshan City about 70km away from the world-famous Huangshan Scenic Area about an hour and a half by car or shuttle bus; Huangshan City has a small population density simple folk customs life and leisure. The inn is mainly used as a place for tourists to transfer and rest. Outside the inn is the beautiful Xin'an River. In summer night the breeze blows and strolls along the Bank of Xin'an River Let go of the worldly troubles and be happy.
项目建筑为仿古建筑，青瓦白墙，整体风格为徽派建筑，经过查看现场，原有布局所有卫生间均靠窗，整体空间沉闷湿潮，霉味严重，加上屯溪流量有限，入住率低，难以运营；
The project building is an antique building with blue tiles and white walls. The overall style is Huizhou style building. After checking the site all the toilets in the original layout are close to windows. The overall space is dreary and damp with a serious mildew smell. In addition the flow of Tunxi is limited and the occupancy rate is low which makes it difficult to operate;
拆除原有多余隔墙和隔断，天井通透，让所有空间均有足够的采光与通风；1F设置接待区、水吧、餐厅、布置有公区及部分客房，2F、3F设计为客房；
The original redundant partition walls and partitions shall be removed and the patio shall be transparent so that all the spaces have sufficient lighting and ventilation; 1F shall be equipped with reception area water bar restaurant public area and some guest rooms 2f and 3F shall be designed as guest rooms;
设计风格上，结合原有地理环境，建筑风格，以青砖、旧木，白墙，为主要设计元素，采用现代的设计手法，保留古建筑的历史韵味，又提高整体空间的舒适度，美观性，满足现代人的居住需求；
In the design style combining the original geographical environment and architectural style the main design elements are blue brick old wood and white wall and modern design shall be adopted The technique not only preserves the historical charm of ancient buildings but also improves the comfort and beauty of the whole space to meet the living needs of modern people;
经过4个月的设计与施工，项目于2017年中营业，此店作为携程旗下旅悦集团旗下花筑品牌国内第一家自建直营店开业（由于工期和造价的原因，方案做了较大的舍弃）。
After 4 months of design and construction the project was opened in 2017. As the first self built direct store of Huazhu brand of lvyue group in China the store opened(due to the reasons of construction period and cost the scheme has been abandoned greatly).
穿过老街，门环轻扣，访古朴徽派院落；
Through the old street the door ring is light visit the ancient park Hui school yard;
青砖瓦，白色亚克力，是现代与历史传统的碰撞与融合；
Green bricks and tiles white acrylic are the collision and integration of modern and historical traditions；
1F客房走廊，适当远离公区，保证安静和私密性；
1F guest room corridor properly away from public areas to ensure quiet and privacy;
轻拉窗帘，夏季绿意，冬季沧桑，这个世界让我们不停思索感慨；
Light draw curtains summer green winter vicissitudes the world let us keep thinking about feelings;
眺望城市，我们在这一处获得心静安宁；
Looking at the city we have peace of mind here;
在阳光午后，看一本书，品一杯茶，享受难得的假期；
In the sunshine afternoon read a book taste a cup of tea enjoy a rare holiday;
