Two Dogs

A faithful house dog met his best friend don't mention how happy. His best friend was the curly pug lying on a comfortable cushion. When the house dog saw his good friend it kept wagging its tail but also barking.

'My dear friend have you been happy since your master took you into the great building? You have not forgotten how often we used to starve have you? Can you tell me what kind of work you're doing?"

"Me " replied the pug "I believe I am my master's most precious treasure. I lived a luxurious and rich life eating with some of the most luxurious silver utensils. Every day I played on my master's knee until I was tired and then I went to the floor. If I'm in a good mood I'll roll on the fluffy carpet! How has your life been?"

"Me?" he asked. "Said the faithful dog." I am as often hungry and cold as ever and I still sleep in my master's yard in winter and summer! Sometimes he would give me a good beating if I called! You look so small and weak. What brings you to the top? Why do I work so hard and still stay where I am? My life is still not getting any better. Now what kind of work are you doing?"

"My work! Let me say it again!" The pug showed his gums sarcastically. "I walk on my back foot."

In real life many people want to rely on opportunism to gain prosperity and wealth but they do not know that true and secure wealth is not given by others but through their own hard work.

“我啊，” 哈巴狗答道，“我相信我是主人最珍贵的宝贝。我过着奢华富贵的生活，吃饭的餐具都是一些最为奢华的银具。我每天都在主人的膝头上玩，直到我玩累了，才走到地板上去。如果我心情不错，还会在毛茸茸的地毯上打几个滚呢！你的日子过得怎样呢？ ”

“我吗? ” 忠实的狗说道，“我还和以前一样，经常挨饿受冻，现在还是睡在主人家露台的院子里，不管是冬天还是夏天！有时候，我叫一声，他就要狠狠地打我一顿！你看起来又小又弱，是哪阵风把你吹得青云直上呢？怎么我这么努力地工作，还是原地踏步呢？我的生活还是没有一点起色。你说，你到底是在做些什么工作啊？”

“我的工作！那我再说一遍吧！” 哈巴狗讥讽地露出了牙床，“我用后脚走路。”
