“流调”是流行病学调查的简称，它是控制疫情的一项关键措施。那么，公众该如何配合流调工作呢？下面，我们从三个方面进行了解：

一、为什么要进行流调？

通过流调，可以追踪传染源，了解被调查对象的活动轨迹；

评估疫情可能涉及的范围，划定风险区域；

追踪密切接触者，排查风险人群，防止疫情的蔓延和传播。因此，开展流调工作非常有必要。

二、公众该如何配合流调？

配合流调是每个人应尽的义务。

Everyone is obliged to coordinate the work of epidemiological investigation.

流调对象包括疑似病例、确诊病例、无症状感染者，以及与以上人员及可疑污染环境有过密切接触或共同暴露的人员，也就是我们常说的密切接触者。

Investigated agent includes suspected cases confirmed cases asymptomatic patients close contacts or people exposed to the above cases and to suspected contamination environment.

公众遇到流调工作人员入户流调或电话流调时，应积极配合，向流调人员提供真实详细的信息，让潜在的污染源尽快得到排查，让患者尽快得到救治，防止更多人被感染。

If investigator visits your home or interviews you by phone to collect epidemiological information you shall actively coordinate and provide real and detailed information so as to identify potential contamination source rapidly cure patients as quickly as possible and forestall more infectious cases.

值得提醒的是，被流调不等于已经被感染。但如果不配合流调，故意隐瞒，拒不提供信息或者提供虚假信息，甚至辱骂、恐吓流调工作人员，将会被依法依规处理。

It’s worth being reminded that if people are under epidemiological investigation it does not mean they are infected with COVID-19. But if they do not cooperate in investigation and deliberately hide information refuse to provide information or provide fake ones or even vilify and intimidate investigators they will be held accountable according to law.

流调工作人员会主动表明身份，询问有关问题。

公众应仔细回顾近期健康状况和活动轨迹，向流调工作人员提供真实、详细的信息。

The investigated agent shall meticulously review his recent health condition and activities involved and provide investigators with real and detailed information.

除了提供姓名、身份证号、家庭住址、职业、工作单位及地址、健康状况、新冠疫苗接种情况、核酸检测情况等信息外，流调工作人员还会重点询问您近14天生活、工作期间接触的人与逗留过的场所，尤其是会造成疫情进一步扩散的公共场所，如餐厅、娱乐场所，每个环节还要重点关注时间、地点、接触人、接触物、环境、防护措施等具体情况。

Investigators will inquire you about name ID number home address profession employment unit and address health condition COVID-19 vaccination and nucleic acid test etc.. Also investigation will focus on the people you contacted and the places you stayed within the recent 14 days of life and work especially public sites which may incur a further spread of the virus such as canteens and entertainment venues. Other key information mainly details in every stage will also be asked including time location contacted person contacted object environment and protective measures etc..

当然，公众提供的所有信息会被严格保密，不会用于与疫情无关的其他用途。如果未能及时接听到流调电话，或者有重要信息需要补充，公众还可以回拨电话。

Of course all information offered by the public will be kept confidential and not be applied for other purposes irrelevant to epidemic. If failing to answer the investigation call timely or in need of providing other important information the public could also dial the number and call back.
