(3) Umpire 裁判

有的比赛只有referee（football-足球、boxing-拳击），有的只有umpire（如baseball-棒球、tennis-网球、cricket-板球），有的两个都有（如badminton-羽毛球、American football-美式足球）。在两个都有的情况下，referee的权利高于umpire。
