这其实本来就是不需要科学研究告诉,我们自己就会知道的事情。但事实上,大脑本身不会这么运作,所谓的“新鲜感”会一直刺激它,让它兴奋地持续工作,这也是为什么明明很累了,但还要继续玩游戏、刷抖音的原因,你以为大脑停止思考了,但实际上它仍然在高强度地对新的信息作出反应。相比于大脑的疲劳,痛痛快快运动一场,大汗淋漓的感觉会更好。

This is something we would have known without scientific research telling us. But in fact the brain itself won't function in this way the so-called "newness" would have been to stimulate the brain to work continuously and this is why we still want to play a round of mobile game or scroll some short videos as a kind of rest even if we are feeling quite tired. You thought that your brain has already stopped thinking but in fact it is still reacting to new information feeded in at a very high intensity. A good workout and be drenched in sweat will definitely make your feel better than the brain fatigue.
