1、OTT＝over the top

over 在..之上，the top最高点，连起来是超过了最高点。牛津词典对“over the top”是这样定义的：too extreme and not suitable demanding[diˈmɑ:nd] too much attention or effort. 意思就是“要求太多，过头了，太夸大”。

2、That's a bit exaggerated.

这有点夸张。

exaggerated [ɪgˈzædʒəreɪtɪd] adi.夸大的；过大的；言过其实 v. (使)扩大“夸张”的形容词就是“exaggerated” ，这种表达非常正式，适合书面表达及偏正式的场合。

例子：

①The book is both inaccurate and exaggerated

这本书不但不准确，而且夸大其词。

②Reports of his drinking have been wildly exaggerated

有关他酗酒的报道极尽夸张。

3、That's a bit much.

这有点太多了。

“a bit much”多用于某种数量超过一定正常的量，东西或事情过多而显得夸张。

例子：

①I had a bit much to drink. I had a bit of an accident.

我喝多了，出了一点意外。

②All right that's a bit much.

好了，那可就有点过分了。

4、That's outrageous.

这真的是不可思议。

outrageous [aʊtˈredʒəs] adi. 反常的；令人惊讶的 outrageous 常形容一些违背常规到行为，而让人觉得反常和夸张到不可思议，难以置信。

例子：

①She says the most outrageous things sometimes.

她有时候尽说些耸人听闻的事。

②It's outrageous and we won't stand for it any more.

这太不像话了，我们再也不能容忍下去了。

5、That's insane [ɪnˈsen] !

太棒了！

不同于上面的四种表达，“That's insane.”一般是遇到或听到一件非常棒的事情，而觉得"太好了；太夸张了"。

例子：

A: I've got two tickets for Pikachu's concert here.

B: Wow that's insane!
