ScalersTalk成长会听力狂练小组是ScalersTalk旗下专攻听力训练的子群。为了进一步促进学习效果，ScalersTalk听力小组自2016年起，已经转为成长会内部小组，不再接受外部申请。

一.每周复盘规则：

1.每日听写：

听写材料群论坛自取，进群论坛方式请看群公告。群内成员每天上传自己的全文听写情况及听写正确率截图（必做一），做完听写之后请及时复习，并且提交自己的每日复盘总结（必做二）。每日复盘总结模式分为以下几个方面，请任选一种模式进行整理，并将复盘成果发送到群内：

（1）初级模式：对生词、短语、语音及背景知识进行总结，整理成文字材料发送至群内；

（2）中级模式：提取材料中生词、短语搭配或者句式连接进行造句训练，并发送至群内。

（3）高级模式：对材料进行复述或者summary，提炼要点，并将你的复述或者summary通过语音发送至群内。

2.周六晚7点复盘：

周复盘将采取轮流主持的机制，群内所有成员将被分成5组，各组轮流承担每周复盘工作。每组在复盘时推举一名轮值主持，全程带领群内所有成员进行复盘。

1973年，丹麦、爱尔兰和英国加入欧共体。

1974年，撒切尔担任保守党领袖。

欧盟成立

1991年12月，欧洲共同体马斯特里赫特首脑会议通过《欧洲联盟条约》 ，通称《马斯特里赫特条约》（简称《马约》）。1993年11月1日，《马约》正式生效，欧盟正式诞生。

Brexit英国脱欧

欧洲问题一直时令英国保守党非常头疼的问题。上世纪70年代，英国加入欧共体后，保守党内一直存在支持派和怀疑派之间的激烈斗争。英国前首相梅杰就因无法弥合保守党内部在欧洲问题上的分裂，最终倒台。作为首相的卡梅伦也希望尽快在今年举行脱欧公投已解决党内问题。有专家表示，公投并不是卡梅伦的目标，他只是将公投作为一种战术，一方面缓解来自党内疑欧派的压力，另一方面，以公投形成对欧盟的压力，在谈判桌上多获得些好处。

2013年1月23日，卡梅伦正式就英国与欧盟关系前景发表讲话， 承诺如果他赢得2015年大选将就脱欧问题举行全民公投。

2015年5月8日，卡梅伦大选获胜，连任英国首相。卡梅伦当时承诺，将重新协商英国与欧洲的关系，希望以此防止对欧盟的怀疑情绪上升。

2015年11月，卡梅伦就英国留在欧盟开出四大条件

2016年 2月17日，欧盟内部分量最重的人物——德国总理默克尔公开表态支持欧盟改革。2月19日晚，欧盟28国领导人同意英国保留其在集团内的“特殊地位”。

2月20日，英国首相卡梅伦召开内阁经济会议，并在会后宣布，英国是否脱离欧盟的全民公投将于6月23日举行。

然而，2月21日，伦敦市长约翰逊在英国《每日电讯报》发表一篇2000多字的专栏文章，表态支持英国脱离欧盟。

2月22日，英国首相卡梅伦指责鲍里斯为自己的“首相梦”支持脱欧。

• Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)

The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) is a United States federal law whose intent is to enforce the requirement for United States persons (including those living outside the U.S.) to file yearly reports on their non-U.S. financial accounts to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN).
