私宅，主要基于居住者的私密、私享、私有的状态之下来构建，一个私宅空间设计的等次高低，并非以流行趋势、生活的固定模块的标准作为评判。而因从每一个居住者实际的使用诉求之上，去思考所属的契合方案。
