当我们的订单，PI等都商定之后，客户爽快地支付了订金，我们作为工厂，当然可以非常放心地去安排生产了，于是QLT的Harry第一时间发布内部的manufacturing mission到生产部，但在这之前，更谨慎一点的都会拿bank slip 给财务确认外汇确实进账之后再执行后续的动作。

如上，一般收到bank slip都会让财务确认外汇入账，再即刻执行生产。but..........
