群体效用值是决策者们对得失效果的看法与态度的一种数量表示,用来衡量决策者对于某些事物的主观倾向和偏好。
The group utility value is a quantitative expression of the decision-makers' views and attitudes towards the gains and losses which is used to measure the subjective tendency and preference of decision-makers for certain things.
个体遗憾值是某个方案中其他值与最高值之间的差额,用来反映决策者错误判断所造成的损失价值。在计算群体效用值和个体遗憾值的过程中,VIKOR法仅考虑方案与负理想解的距离得到的最佳折中解,忽 略方案与正理想解的距离,会造成信息的缺失,得到 的评价结果不合理.本文提出一种新的属性关联的双极容度多属性决策 VIK O R 方法,通过设置方案 与正理想解和负理想解的相对距离差公式。
Individual regret value is the difference between other values and the highest value in a scheme which is used to reflect the loss value caused by the decision-maker's wrong judgment. In the process of calculating the group utility value and individual regret value VIKOR only considers the best compromise solution obtained by the distance between the scheme and the negative ideal solution and ignores the distance between the scheme and the positive ideal solution which will result in the loss of information and the unreasonable evaluation results. This paper proposes a new attribute decision making VIKOR method of bi polar tolerance with attribute correlation By setting the formula of the relative distance difference between the scheme and the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution.
