技术思路
本节的内容主要是给我们说明作者如何基于现有的模糊集理论，提出新的解决问题的复合型集成算子。
The content of this section is mainly to show us how the author can propose a new composite ensemble operator for solving problems based on the existing fuzzy set theory.
首先，作者点明了现有的学者在多属性决策问题中，主流研究方法是从集成算子的角度展开研究，并基于此提出新的多属性决策方法。
Firstly the author points out that the mainstream research methods of existing scholars in multi-attribute decision-making problems are to carry out research from the perspective of ensemble operators and propose new multi-attribute decision-making methods based on this.
其次，作者详细解释了集成算子的决策步骤，以及需要注意的两个问题；以此引出集成算子存在的一定缺陷。
Secondly the author explains in detail the decision-making steps of ensemble operators as well as two problems that need attention; In this way certain defects in the integrated operator are introduced.
最后，文章着重说明了现有的一些扩展的一些集成算子类型存在忽略属性之间关联和专家极端评价值的问题，引出本文的研究方向与研究问题。
Finally this paper highlights the problems of ignoring the correlation between attributes and the extreme evaluation values of experts in some existing extended ensemble operator types which leads to the research direction and research problems of this paper.
