伴随 FOUR Frankfurt 第一座裙楼结构接近完成，下一阶段，项目将开始在裙楼上方进行四座塔楼的施工。The structure of the first of four podium buildings is almost finished. On top of the podium buildings the four towers will be built soon.

UNStudio 分别在 2016 和 2017 年获得 FOUR Frankfurt 项目的规划和建筑竞赛第一名；继最初的设计阶段之后，UNStudio与 HPP Architects 杜塞尔多夫工作室携手合作，共同规划和实施该项目。项目预计将于2023年完工。UNStudio won masterplan and architecture competition of FOUR Frankfurt in 2016 and 2017. Following the initial design phase UNStudio joined forces with Dusseldorf-based HPP Architects for the project‘s planning and realisation. The project is expected to complete in 2023.

法兰克福"第一个"高层建筑群综合体FOUR Frankfurt 是法兰克福第一个高层建筑群，共设有4座塔楼及裙楼 占地面积 16 100平方米，建筑面积 219 000平方米; 最高的一栋塔楼达 228米，其余三栋分别高 173米、120米、100米。建筑群内业态丰富，包含办公、公寓、酒店、商店、幼儿园、诊所等多种功能。FOUR Frankfurt is the first time where high-rise family is being created in Frankfurt consisting of four high-rise buildings around a common public centre with 219 000 m2 above ground building surface and 16 100 m2 building site. The highest tower reaches heights of 228 meters while the other three are 173m 120m and 100m . Apart from apartments and offices the complex will also include catering retail hotels local shops a children's playground and adventure areas.

城市更新：从封闭到开放

虽然项目地处法兰克福市中心，大多数人却从未踏入过半步 甚至不知道城市中存在这样一个"隐秘的角落"。因为在将近半个世纪里，这里都是德意志银行的办公楼。FOUR Frankfurt既是城市更新的一部分，也再次激活该地块、使其面向所有人。设计过程中，我们也评估了德意志银行建筑在城市记忆中的意义，做了部分立面保留。This site was previously occupied by Deutsched Bank office building which also made it separated from urban life for decades to the heart of the city. FOUR Frankfurt is not only part of urban renwal but also reactivating this site and making it open to all. During the design process we evaluated the significance of Deutsche Bank building as part of urban memory and preserved the facades.

在UNStudio的规划设计下，这里将建成新的公共空间：四座大厦包围着中央广场。通过塔楼座向和高度的差异带来层次分明的天际线，让日光充分渗透。未来这里将会是属于游客、居民的活力新社区和目的地。With the design of UNStudio the site will provide a new public space to Frankfurt: The four towers are grouped in such a way that the central square is completely framed. The differentiation of the orientation and heights of the four high-rise buildings articulates variations within the skyline and optimises daylight penetration. In future it will be a new community and destination for tourists and local residents.
