今天我们的课程要接着学习几个有关晨间事项(morning routines)的英文表达方式。之前我们已经提到了帮助宝贝们建立规律完整的晨间事项的重要性，以及使用英文给予宝贝语言上的提示与帮助的意义(详见《用英文叫孩子上厕所，你还在用toilet这个词吗？》一文)，所以今天我们就不再赘述了。接下来我们就一起来看看宝爸宝妈们每天清晨还可以用英文帮助宝贝们完成哪些晨间事项吧！

3. make the bed 把床铺好

make the bed的意思和它的字面意思稍有不同。铺床一般在穿衣服之前完成，也是宝贝清晨要养成的好习惯之一。面对整洁的卧室，宝贝也更能以美好的心情迎接新一天的到来。
